I purchased a second hand engine from Dewsbury Auto Dismantlers for my 54 Reg Mercedes C220 cdi. The price was good and they dilivered what was promised, they even shown me a video of the engine in the existing donor car whilst it was runing, I could clearly hear the engine running and the video was the moved in real time from the engine bay showing the engine runnin to the cockpit which then focued on the engine information display showing the rev counter, temperature and mileage, obviously I couldnt say how long the engine had been running but I was given 2 weeks guarentee, however my fitter couldn\'t fit the engine in the given time due to a hand injury, so I called Danny at the dismantlers and explained my predicament and he gave me an additional 21 day extension. I would like to add that for a small firm their customer focus and care was exceptional, I dealt with Danny all the way through my experience with them and was very impressed with their/his customer car and professionalism, they took care of me and allayed any fears and doubts I had about buying what was essentially an unknown and expensive item. They built customer trust and I have no hessitation in advocating their services and would have no hessitauion in using them again! Good advise and in depth knowledge, a very helpful firm.. Thank you for the wonderful service. I ordered my part at 3.30pm and received the next working day at 9.36am! (To be exact!). Must say I am pleased with the efficient service and also the great packaging too. It took 5 mins to unwrap the item as it was so well packed. And I will not forget to mention the customer service I received which was exceptional with on the phone diagnostic. I had a two months fault in my vehicle and it was solved in two mins! Whereas other garages totally fobbed me off with the wrong advice/solution. Overall 10/10!!

I purchased a knee airbag for my avensis for which i received 5 days after they dispatched it. They also packed the unit very well to prevent any damage that could occur during transit.I am pleased with the airbag and the service they provided and i recommend anyone to utilize their services. I myself will continue to do business with them in the future, as they took me seriously. Other companies assumed i was not interested in doing business and did not take me seriously, nor answered my emails.
